Jules Woodall

With aspirations to be a midwife since she was a child, Jules has spent most of her professional, working life as a midwife. Having worked in both the UK and Australia, and within the hospital and community setting, she has a broad experience of midwifery care. However, her passion has been within the community. She believes strongly in continuity of care, choice and informed consent, ensuring midwifery care is woman-centred.

After graduating with a Degree in Human Biology from Oxford Brooke's University (including sports science and nutrition), a Diploma in midwifery from the University of Birmingham and a Masters degree in Health Studies from The University of Reading, she has always had a special interest in pregnancy health, fitness and wellbeing. Jules has been a keen runner and cyclist for many years and in 2012 undertook training in antenatal pilates, which was soon followed up with a postnatal pilates course and she is currently teaching both on a weekly basis.

In early 2016 she completed a sports nutrition course. More recently, she has undertaken training to teach baby massage and begun instructing parents at local classes.

Jules offers classes, private group and individual tuition, so you can choose the format which suits you best.
