I was feeling a bit lost when I joined the classes and through you I’ve met a lovely group and got my movement back!
I’ve realised that I can be fit and don’t have to limp about like an old woman – I do actually enjoy exercise! There are a bunch of the movements that you’ve taught us that I really remember and have worked in to a regular routine as well as the go tos for when my back hurts – I’ve even started converting my husband to those!!
And the nuns from my convent primary school would be proud as I’m constantly readjusting my posture through your advice!
But honestly, thank you so much Jules – I hope you do realise what an incredibly positive impact you have on us all.
